I do not know how to start. Daddy said I could leave nap (thank goodness!) and I went to see if Talia was awake. She was not. So I gave a gentle tap and she woke up and I whispered, "Do you want to go downstairs?" And she said yes, and I went expecting her to follow, but she did not, and I heard her crying, so I read a book and Daddy came down and said, "Young lady, you caused trouble– you woke up Talia and she had to cry it all out." And I said nothing, but I wish I could have said, "Daddy, how many times have you woken us up for something stupid?" But tomorrow I will shall crayon under my eyes so I will look like I stayed up all night.
Lately I have snuck into Xander's room, climbed the shelf, and read the X-Men comic books. My favorite X-Men are Kitty Pryde (she can walk on air and walk through anything. She is also pretty, with slanted brown eyes and wavy brown hair), Rogue (who I think can do something to your mind), and Storm (who can change the weather). I like X-Men comic books except when it is just the most exciting part, and they add, "We'll see you soon!"
Love, Maria
