So, I haven't been on here in seven years (has it real been that long?), but the original purpose remains foremost in my mind. It seems like a wonderful idea to record all my old diaries, so that when I inevitably become a famous linguist, the world can know about my life. I guess I should do an entry per entry, even though some of them are extremely short. This will take many months, even years, to compile, but if I'm still set on this project after seven years, it seems likely that I'll be willing to undertake it after seven more. So here we go; let's start with my very first diary, started in 2002 at the very advanced age of seven years.
