Dear Diana,
Europa was the princess of Carthage (in Greek mythology), and very unlike Helen of Sparta/Troy as far as temperaments go. The king god (I hate the whole lot), Zeus, saw her, he decided he liked her, and turned into a bull, which Europa rode. He carried her to his special cave in Mount Ida, and married her. What Europa thought of this, I don't know, but that's life. I can think of an example for women's rights right now. In TKD, the instructors say, "Mr. John," or "Mr. Kody," but they don't say, "Miss Chloe," they say "Kitty" or "Rachel" instead. It's not fair! (Accent with thump of hand or stomp of foot) I miss our old house somtin' offel. Oh (sigh) what wouldn't I give for a time machine! Here's an excerpt from one of my Samälata games: (private one, not with Talia)
Cat Turned slowly. Again, she felt the sensation of someone watching her. Looking slowly in a circle, she shrugged and kept going. Suddenly, she heard a battle cry behind her, to the left. Bad move, kid. Now you're exposed to everyone who heard you. She turned quickly, seeing a whole Trojan force (seven or eight soldiers) behind her. She dodged to the only open place, to the right. Suddenly, a Trojan leapt right in front of her. She was trapped!
Next chapter
Pretty good, I hope!
