Helloooo
Good morning. One of the fan blade fasteners is different. Sticks out like a sore thumb. I have a {,()#*sigma*?!()'! violin lesson this morning, so gotta go!

Hey! Diana!
We stayed up til 1:00 AM last night. I am in bed. I am up, but not about. But now I'm up, I have to go to the bathroom. Finish this downstairs. That sure took care of my non-aboutness! The upstairs toilet does not work, so down is our only option. Our house is all disheveled from painting, I do not like moving.
Lovingly, Kitty

Later (12:33 AM)
Anselm is too lively, but me, I'm too tired to sleep. I think my sister whines too much. I have a new computer password, because Anselm messes around in my login, and Xander says it was okay! Finish tomorrow,
Kitty
P.S. Daddy read Kafka! Bye again.

Dear Di,
I love how I wrote that! But writing like this is tiring, so I'll stop. Oh yeah! The playtime with Emily went great. We actually went to her grandma's house. But we had a tea party. I am writing in our secret fort built with boxes underneath the kitchen table. We furnished it and put a light in. My little brother is driving me crazy. Must stop.
Yours faithfully,
Kitty

Oh Diana,
We are moving! No, that cannot happen.
My little brother is so mean, I don't like it at all. So, come to think of it, is Talia. She spat at me. She's a rude little baby sometimes. But not often.
New trading cards galore (actually just one). Okay, we play at a nursing home today, and have lunch at campus.
Sincerely, Kitty
P.S. Last tae kwon do class for awhile, so we are going to a Chinese restaurant. Bye!

Later:
Our gig went lovely! I sang solo with them playing. It was sweet. Here are some pictures. Oh, I still cannot believe we are moving. I might go to a sleepover on Saturday with my friend Emily. On with the pictures!

Lots of cute pictures of ladies doing fun things like going to a fashion show, working out, and singing.

Diana!!
Gracious! My goodness! Extraordinary! Out of this world! Weird-but-wonderful! You'll never guess, we are moving to California! In all probability in July. Also, (nothing to compare, but) I rode on Throw-Up Machine No. 2 a few weeks ago. Really have to go.
Yours truly, Kitty

Later,
Dear Di,
Mom's home! It's almost bedtime. The drive home from the airport was torture! My backside got sore. So rainy today, then sunny in the evening. Gotta go!
Fast, Kitty

May 5, 2004

Hi Di,
So hot today that I was a living fountain. I hated it. At Xander's b-ball game, I turned into a river. Mom is still not back, so I am the oldest female in the house. At X's b-ball game, I played with some boys. I proved that I am as good as any boy. (Hell yeah little me, get it girl!) So I have to go to bed, all right, see ya later alligator, bye-bye ferret, have a carrot!

Dear Diana,
Just a quick note before bed. Mommy is in California, in the hotel. Idk if it's really May 4th. Here is a picture (for lack of a place to keep it) of our friend in California. Hot and sultry today– even the grass was sweating! Well, see ya tomorrow. I "just-a-minute-d" Daddy, so bye!
Kitty

No date

Dear Annabelle,
This is the last "letter." I don't want to write any more "letters." So I'll need a new name for you.... Diana!! I'll use that! Well, anyway, I am writing in my cool arboreal retreat (literally I was in a tree). Anselm and Daddy are so mean it's funny. Did you hear about our new computer? Well, it plays DVDs, so we can watch Galaxy Quest, Bill Nye, and Fantasia, and "Hope is Born," a DVD from out friends. Well, Mom has an interview in California, and not taking us! Waaa! It's with the SDAs at "Loma Linda," so I'm not sure if I want to live there. It's getting too cold up here. Gotta go!

P.S. I made (with Mom's help) a pineapple upside down cake yesterday. Bye again!

May ? 2004

Dear Elizabeth,
You'll never guess, so I'll tell you: We are moving! I should have written, but I guess I was busy, so I am plunged in deep pits of despair. I am writing under a sycamore tree. Goodbye, my bountiful yard! More later.
Maria.
